Liverpool artist Jamie Webster collaborated with Jennifer John and her voice ensemble, Sense of Sound Singers, for a special arrangement of his song "This Place". 

 

The project 

  • Vocal arrangement: Jennifer John was responsible for creating the choir arrangement for Webster's popular track. 

  • Recording: The collaboration was recorded live at The Hope Street Hotel in Liverpool and released in July 2022. 

  • Studio version: A studio version, also featuring Sense of Sound Singers, was released in October 2022. 

  • The emotional process: According to a 2024 interview, Webster became emotional when he heard the arrangement for the first time. He has stated that working with John and her choir greatly enhanced his connection with his fans.
